You have entered... The Hobby Zone

This is where I'll organize all hobby projects and information!

I like to learn how things are made, how they work. Also how to fix things. They are all intertwined. The technical knowledge that makes our lives work. So that I may better have understanding and control of it.

I have been casually into origami for many years now. I currently like to make earrings for myself or gifts for other people. And I would like to learn how to fold from Crease Patterns at some point.

A hobby I have made a recent foray into is sewing. I made a skirt, which was a fun learning experience. I next want to make a skirt for my girlfriend. Then more clothes for us in the future, also clothing to give to other people. Something made for them, something that will last.

Something I know a very cursory amount, but want to have a much much deeper understanding of is electronics. My eventual goal is to be able to fix an old microscope I got from work.
